Hamburger

According to me: 

Hamburger

Noun
1. A meat or tofu patty between two buns. Also, between the buns may be an array of other options such as cheese, lettuce, tomato or mustard. 

2. to drift way or be interrupted from the main topic of conversation; to began talking about one point and being reminded of another instance due to some small detail during the explanation

ex. As Brittany began explaining to her friends about how she walked into the men's restroom, Dreka interjected with the question, "What floor was the bathroom on?"

So this section of the blog will be just as random puzzling as the chosen definition of a hamburger. This is a term that derived from a conversation I had with a few of my ridiculous friends. 

Origin Story:

I had just walked through the apartment door while all of my other roommates were sitting in the living room. I began explaining whatever it was as I took a seat on the floor. Well, before I arrived at the main topic of my story, I was interrupted by one of my friends. Now, with most conversations between 2 or more people there is bound to be an interjection here or there either concerning the story or something loosley related. This was not the case with my friends. The example I gave them in frustration because I was finally done with this happening, "I could say, 'So I went to McDonald's to get a hamburger...' and then y'all will interrupt with, 'Hamburger! What's on it?!'". I'm not exaggerating. And that is how it began. So every time someone is recalling an important moment or telling a story and someone interrupts, which is almost always, the interrupter (not a word)  will say "Hamburger!". Following this, that person can go on to state their thought and the narrator may return telling original story. This can also be applied if the narrator also remembers something completely off topic as a means of stating the thought before it was lost in the story. 
  With the above hamburger out of the way. This section is going to be a section of nonsense. Well, not necessarily nonsense, but just random things I run across that could range from funny, or educational or a short thought about anything. To many hamburgers to come! Both literally and physically.
